Could you repeat that?

I've just read in a magazine that HALF the women in Portugal are RIGHT NOW on a diet of some sort to lose weight.

How's that for stupidity?

Hey hey!...

Well... I'm not really on a diet, I'm simply learning how to eat intuitively. That means I'm stopped eating everything I saw when I felt frustrated, to start thinking before I eat.
Maybe most people will think this is stupid, but nowadays it's not that simple to stop before you do something, to think about what you're doing. The problem is exactly that. The industry is so srtong, so powerfull, that you don't really have the strenghth to think that maybe your are the best choices.
Intuitive eating is not that difficult, actualy I found out that's what my children, or any healthy children do. But you grow up thinking nothing can be spoiled, that you must empty the plat...
That's one of the reasons I don't force the boys to eat more than they can actually eat...
De pequenino se torce o pepino, or so they say...

E então?
Se um homem tem de as ver na praia em biquini onde devia ser fato de banho, de t-shirt que deixa cair as banhas ou de decote que mostra a decadência das jóias de família, então ao menos que façam dieta, que transpirem e se sacrifiquem!
